Professional Performer, Choreographer, and Master Teacher

My name is Glenda and I just moved my family to the island from Southern California. There, I lived out dreams of being a professional dancer before and after starting my family. I've moved out here to pursue a life a little further out of the fast lane. Aside from building a wellness business, I endeavor to keep my dancing feet in the dance world by way of sharing my knowledge and experience with dance.

About Me (Glenda Menisa Morales)... and Dance

It started with gymnastics, my favorite event being floor. When I decided to give up gymnastics, it was my love for performing the floor event that told me to go to dance. I immediately joined the competition company, competing in jazz. From there it went on to competing 11 numbers at competition to annual recitals and a growing passion for the art. I danced on pointe, I learned to tap, and I kept tumbling. During high school, I branched out into cheerleading and found another love there that combined dance and cheer. Upon graduating high school and accepting enrollment at CSU Fullerton as a dance major, I auditioned for the Disney California Adventure parade called Block Party Bash. This was my first paying job, and my first dance job! I worked there doing shows and parades, and special events for about a year. During that year, I had gotten an agent and began working professionally. It was time to immerse myself into the LA Dance Industry. I quit Disney and changed my major to advertising. I worked with some artists, including Raven Simone, Ashley Tisdale, and Keke Palmer. I stunted and tumbled in some commercials, including Sprint and Sour Patch Kids. The show that changed my trajectory in the industry was MTV's America's Best Dance Crew. I joined the reality show with my crew, Fanny Pak, and we set out on a long journey of dance, travel, and becoming family. We went on tour, taught master classes all over Northern America, did charity events, and performed for colleges. Eventually, we all went back to our individual careers. I did a lot more teaching and choreographing, more movies, and TV shows. I worked with Missy Elliot, Ariana Grande, on Glee, The Masked Singer, Footloose, and Dancing With the Stars. I began to judge dance and cheer competitions for schools and all star teams. At some point, I began teaching yoga and coaching gymnastics. Eventually, I went very deep in my healing journey and essentially, that is what brought me to Hawaii! I am creating the life that I want, and I want dance to stay in it. I hope to dance and laugh and inspire your keiki as we learn together and as I share this very huge part of myself with you all.
