During this trip you get to experience freeing and uplifting practices, including dance, yoga, and meditation, to bring yourself into a space of inspiration and creativity as you visualize your year ahead and feel into the motivation and intentions that will help you achieve what you desire!

If you haven't yet worked with Amazonian Plant Teachers, this retreat will be a wonderful introduction to Hape and Cacao. You will leave with the knowledge of how to continue working with these medicines in your life. They will be beneficial during our time together as a connection to Source energy as you navigate your ideas and intuition to inform your actions towards creating your reality.

I am also honored to share my Ra Sekhi (Kemetic Reiki) practice with you in the shape of a sound bath with Hekau (Kemetic words of power). In addition, I will always be working with energy in the retreat container, and Ra Sekhi is my energy healing practice.

You will be doing this work on an island very potent with creation energy! You will be guided to connect with all of the elements and the Goddess Pele to cleanse, dream and create.
