Full Moon Restorative Yoga

A safe space to rest and allow release through restorative yoga with the heart opening of Cacao (and Hape if desired). The full Moon is a great time to release what no longer serves.

Prepare by setting an intention for your experience. Bring blankets, towels, pillows or yoga props for class to aid in supporting your body as fully as possible.
