I have created a "Retreat Box" with a bunch of items to use during our activites. These are things I would provide at an in person retreat but since you're at home, you get to decide which things you would like to have, and have them in full size just for you! Use this link to purchase your retreat box, asap to make sure you get it before the retreat. But even if you don't, it's a great box of items to use for your self care at any time! No limit on item purchases. The boxes will be available even after the retreat for you, or as gifts.

The retreat will consist of yoga, meditation, group healing, guided movement medicine, sound bath with Ra Sekhi (Kemetic Reiki), and poetry reading. I am excited to love and support you from my home here in Hawai'i all the way to your home or wherever you decide to be!
